LOOKS LIKE A MOVIE STAR


Introduction
In today’s world students typically spend more time on the Internet than they do watching TV. They are constantly scanning YouTube for the latest videos that will deliver information to them quickly, and efficiently. Through the process of digital storytelling companies sell their products and promote their services. Individuals’ video themselves doing apparently anything and everything. Teachers disseminate information in short concise stories that other teachers like me use to show my own students. So, if students use this media on a consistent and sometimes daily basis why should it not be used more to help them learn? That is a question that I now ask myself after having completed this project. As I have learned while completing this assignment, stories can be about anything. As long as you have a topic and a digital camera the options are unlimited. By allowing students the opportunity to use digital stories they will integrate their creativity into the process of learning. In other words, they may enjoy the process and produce a story that is both educational and entertaining.
